GTA Youth Leader Program: Youth leadership and service-recognition program with academic scholarships and other prizes; eligibility: Guam residents enrolled in a local high school for SY 2026–27, with a 3.0+ cumulative GPA, leadership experience, and a recommendation; deadline: August 30, 2026.

UOG Advanced High School Program: Earn college credit while completing high school; eligibility: incoming Guam public, private, or charter-school seniors with a 3.0+ GPA, at least one year of Guam residency, counselor recommendation, and parent/guardian approval; deadline: August 7, 2026 for Fall 2026.

UOG TRiO Upward Bound: Free college-preparation program with tutoring, summer coursework, college/financial-aid support, and activities; eligibility: first-generation and/or low-income Guam high school students in grades 9–12 who meet GPA and citizenship/residency criteria; application window: annual. Naval STEM Interns (SEAP): Eight-week, paid science and engineering apprenticeship at participating Department of Navy laboratories; eligibility: currently enrolled high school students who have completed grade 9, generally age 16+ by the internship start date, with U.S. citizenship required by most laboratories; application window: August 1–November 1 annually. Guam students may apply, but must meet a selected laboratory’s requirements and arrange housing.
